Nestled in Leicestershire, our site is conveniently located near the cities of Derby, Nottingham, and Loughborough, with Leicester only a short 30-minute drive away. You can easily reach us via the M1, M42, and A50 highways. Additionally, Nottingham East Midlands Airport is just 2.5 miles from our location.

Finding us is simple. From the A453 at Isley Walton, take the turn towards Melbourne. We are located half a mile down this road on the right-hand side, marked by a charming black and white farmhouse that you can't miss.
